About Us

Shri Dinesh Mills Limited was incorporated at Vadodara in 1935 and was traditionally a woollen mill, producing woollen blankets and fine worsted fabrics.

In 1964 the Company pioneered the manufacture of paper maker’s felts and dryer fabrics, and in 1976 entered into a technology transfer agreement with the global leader Albany International. Leveraging that engagement, the Company was able to modernise its technology and manufacturing practices in order to transition from traditional paper machine clothing using natural materials to the modern synthetic materials required by next generation paper machines and their performance demands.

With a rich pioneering history and heritage, the Company is now ready to embrace the next phase of its growth through exploring new strategic opportunities.
